| "I'm
glad to have the opportunity to recommend Robin Brown as an Obedience
Dog Trainer. I have had the unusual experience of working with
Robin via email for Basic Obedience training with my 3 year old Golden
Retriever. I felt working with Robin in this manner was going to
be a valuable experience because of her devotion to dogs and their
proper training, and the amount of time she has spent in her own
training. Due to the manner in which we have been communicating I
knew that she would have to be articulate, clear and concise in her
presentation of the steps I would need to take to help my Golden become
trained. She has surpassed my expectations and has made each and
every lesson so clear that I could visualize exactly what she was
telling me. This is not an easy task to do without being together
physically in case I needed her to demonstrate what she was talking
about. She, however, has accomplished this goal because of her
method of questioning me about my dog and going over each step of the
lesson. Her lessons have been well organized and each one has
built upon the previous lesson. This has made it easy for me to
follow and because of her written instructions I am able to refer to the
plans as I do my homework.

Robin has
been available for me as often as I have had questions and has given me
support and encouragement along the way. Her enthusiasm, kindness
and knowledge have supported me as I strive to train my Golden to become
a well-behaved dog. ~ Martha
G. Prescott, Arizona (Online Training Course)

"I
think Robin is an excellent trainer. She helped me almost immediately
with training my dog. Even though it was done online her instructions
were so well written that it was like she was right there next to me as
I was giving commands. I feel that within just a few days, my dog was so
much more responsive to me and he also has bonded to me so much more. I
would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to train their dog the
right way!!" ~ Stacey P.
Baltimore, Maryland (Online Training Course)

"I have known
Robin now for about 9months and if anyone were to ask me what her
passion in life is I would definitely have to say dog training. She is
by far the best dog trainer that I have ever met. The way that she
treats the dogs and the amount of time that she is willing to put into
training a dog is unbelievable. She cares for each and every dog that
she works with as if they were her own. There are so many steps that one
has to take if they want a well trained dog and Robin is so wonderful
and patient when she is teaching. I went with her to a couple of her classes
and I was wowed when we were done. An hour before we had gotten there
this big Lab didn't know how to sit, stay nor was he able to follow any
sort of direction. When she finished the first class with him that dog
was already so well behaved and she still had five more weeks left to
train him!
She has helped
me out so much with both of my Labs. My first lab Obi was horrible after
the first week. We called him the "devils offspring". Robin
came over and trained Obi and now at four months old Obi is so well
behaved. She worked with him only for about 20mins and then she sat down
with us and told us information and training tips that we used to
train Obi. Then when I got my other Lab about three weeks ago we were
having a really tough time potting training her. She was taken from her
litter a week to soon and that is really bad. The mother still is not
done teaching the pups. Robin has been so great with her, too. She has
sat down with us many times and told us things that we need to do and
things that we can not do with her.
Robin has been
there for us every time that we needed her to be and she has been so
great through out all of it. She is a very giving, patient and wonderful
trainer. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She knows
what she is talking about. You can tell just by the way that she treats
your dog and you
just how wonderful she is not only as a trainer but as a person
too." ~

Dear
Robin,
I
just wanted to say thank you for all the work you have done with Casey
and I. There is no way I
could have done this without you. Casey
is a great little dog, but with your help he has really become a happy
and well adjusted member of our family.
The potty and training techniques have really got Casey on the right
track, but I also think it’s your loving and gentle approach to my dog
that made all the difference. Even though you say he’s my little
mama’s boy, I truly think he enjoys the training sessions with you.
So, again thank you for all the help.
Casey and I are looking forward to doing the advanced classes
with you.
Sincerely, Soula
Burns & Casey too

Do you feel this was a good training experience for your dog?
Excellent!
Robin was an excellent trainer for Portia and Kevin and I! ~ Barb Smith,
Grosse Ile

It was
wonderful. We have such a great relationship. Keegan loves
to work and gets excited when we go to Robin's. If we had
questions, she would gladly clarify and everything was handled very
professionally. Keegan loves Robin and sometimes responds better
to her than to me. ~ Monica Jarema, Wyandotte

"Robin
did an excellent job understanding Raven's training needs. We
strongly recommend Obedience Dynamics to anyone who wants their dog to
be well trained and happy." ~ Steve Jones, Trenton

"The
best! Rosie is much more settled then before. She has more
focus. Training day was Rosie's favorite day. Somehow she
knew when it was because as soon as I got home she would jump around and
become excited. Ready to go! I think Rosie loves
Robin.....the trainer has a passion & commitment for training dogs,
which is very evident in her style. Very loving person. ~ Donna
Karman, Brownstown

"My
dog is terrified of strangers but she took to Robin very quickly.
My dog is 4 years old and stubborn and very aggressive. After the
training classes she is now doing things she would never do before, like
coming when called. She is less intimidated by strangers
also." ~ Kim Anderson,
Taylor
"Robin
is a great handler of dogs, she has a very commanding and kind
sense. I would very much like to go on to the next session of
training". ~
Douglas Reeves, Trenton
"I
think the class taught me how to handle many different scenarios with
Rocky in the most effective way. Robin is always a true
professional. Rocky will always get very excited when I take his
Prong collar out and tell him we are going to "work"!
All commands were clear and concise and easy to follow. All
commands were communicated to Rocky perfectly, and Rocky is absolutely
in love with Robin. (Must be the cheese!) I never felt
afraid to ask any questions because Robin treats/answers all questions
with the same professional manner. The training objectives were
clearly presented at the class which made it very easy to know what to
teach Rocky at home. Robin takes great pride in using positive
reinforcement, and lots of praise to help Rocky learn his new
commands. I brought Rocky to Obedience Dynamics so that I would be
able to show him that I am the one in control. The class taught me
that the most effective way to do that is by positive reinforcement and
lots of praise. Rocky has been doing very well in both training
class and at home. He is well on his way to being a good
companion! Thanks Robin, and Obedience Dynamics....keep up the
good work! ~ Ryan Morin, Allen
Park

me the tools to work with Spencer. She has tons of patience and
knowledge and an obvious passion for what she does." ~

"Benny
loves coming to class! He enjoys "working" but tries to
socialize as much as he can! Your instructions are very clear and
the "take home" sheet reinforces what was learned in class and
helps me remember exactly what we learned. All questions/concerns
were handled very professionally and in a timely manner! I refer
you to everyone I know!" ~ Christina Voss, Trenton

was so excited to come here and even at home - I was

"Koda
needed some guidance with his bad eating style and pouncing on anyone
who came over. Robin is very friendly and knew how to control Koda.
I think he enjoyed it (training) when he knew he was getting a
treat. Sometimes he was stubborn about doing the task. Robin
showed Ryan and I how to let Koda know that he was not in charge.
I am very pleased with the results." ~ Kathy Wroblewski, Grosse

time together". We were both excited about training
time. I never knew the correct negative reinforcement - I am more
confident with my abilities to train my dog in the correct
manner!" ~Cheryl Boyngian, Gibraltar

excellent, especially when I realized I needed to be trained also and we
practiced and practiced. Abby loved Robin. Once I finally
worked with Abby she learned quickly. It was a rewarding
experience for both of us." ~Shirely Schiappacasse

"In
the beginning we disagreed about collars but Robin didn't push me.
She clearly has the gift with dogs. Molly loved coming to class
and paid attention to Robin. She is very realistic about progress
and problems at home outside of the class environment. I would
sincerely recommend." ~Laura Brown
"Hi Robin,
Great news! And a HUGE THANK YOU from all of us.
Today is Will's birthday. Amy, Ken & Chloe came over to cookout and
brought cake.We had Riley with us all evening, just over 4 hours. He was
so good. A couple of Will's friends came over, he didn't jump on anybody
just greeted them. Didn't beg at the table, which he doesn't with me but
will try it with others, especially Chloe, he never did. I had him lay by
me and told him to stay and he did. We sat on the deck and he just laid by
me on his leash. Licked Chloe half to pieces when she called him up on the
couch, which she loved, but she told him to sit and he did. He was
excellent all evening. The kids said he's a whole different dog. Amy
always wants him out but I had to keep him on a leash and tonight he
wasn't leashed indoors. Bill told me he is very impressed and everybody
praised Riley all evening telling him he's a good boy. Amy made a big fuss
over his bandana, which he loved. Chloe kept hugging him and telling him
he's so good, which he loved. Ken told Amy to get Duncan over to you. The
little wild dachsund.
He also met the man next door. We were on the deck and he started barking.
The neighbor came to the fence and started talking to him. Said his name a
lot and told him he's a good boy. Riley would start to bark some but it
wasn't the real upset bark. The man put his fingers to the fence and told
"Hey buddy, it's ok Riley. We're going to be friends." Riley
would quiet to listen to him to talk. Then the kids came and all he wanted
was Chloe so I thanked the neighbor and let Riley run in. It was just him
out this evening but Riley did pretty well with him I thought. This
evening on the deck he barked when he heard the neighbor out but quieted (
is that a word?) right away.
There were also birds in the yard. I told Riley to leave it and sit and he
did. Now tonight there's fireworks, there's voices coming from the area
somewhere and he's barking some but not real upset like he used to get.
THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU so very much for training us.
What a great evening we've all had.
Cherie"
EXCELLENT!
Robin's classes are the best thing I could have done for Riley and
myself. We both have more confidence when we walk to the car or
mailbox - no more tug of war on the leash. No more constant barking
at every movement outside. Riley is much calmer, loves to
"work" and walk now. Our older dog Ginger like to work
with us and she has become easier for me to handle also. I can
distract Riley with "work" before he gets upset and our whole
situation is less frustrating and working time we enjoy together.
The things Robin has taught me work well with both dogs, even just to
brush them, sit outside or be able to watch TV. No more jumping on
the company or locking the dogs up when we have company. This is how
I envisioned Riley's life and mine when I rescued him - enjoying our time
together. Robin has made that happen. My whole family is very
impressed and we are very pleased with Riley's progress. I'm looking
forward to Intermediate and Advanced classes and I know Riley will love
it. He loves Robin....I say her name and he's at the door. A
HUGE thank you, Robin! ~ Cherie Hollen
Excellent! Bailey was always eager to work
on his commands. I swear he knew when we were going to class and he was always very excited and ran to the
door! I was always able to use your instructions effectively while working with Bailey at home and you
were always available for any concerns or problems I may have been encountering. This was a fantastic
experience for Bailey and I. I was very nervous because of his visual impairment but you were able to help
us overcome any obstacle we encountered. You are a true professional trainer and we love you! ~ Tracie
Lelekatch, Brownstown EXCELLENT!
Roxi loved it and Robin is her new best friend! ~ Eileen Staten, Taylor
