Puppy Education Class

Introducing Allie!   Allie is a 9 week old Golden Retriever pup that just attended her Puppy Education Class!   She will be starting Basic Obedience when she is old enough.  Allie is owned and loved by Larry & Joanna Little of Trenton.

Meet Snickers!

Snickers is a 1 year old Yorkie that has just started private Basic training!  He is trained and loved by Shirley Trudeau of Brownstown.

Meet Otto!

Otto is a 6 month old Bernese Mountain Dog that has just started private Basic Obedience with us!  He's a happy boy and ready to learn!  Otto is trained and loved by the Kobiljak family of Grosse Ile.

Meet Noah!

Noah is a 3 month old Yorkie that has a future in the show ring!  He is with us for Conformation training and will hopefully begin his show career in August in the puppy class.  I am the fortunate one to be Noah's handler!  Noah is loved by Elaine Naysmith of Brownstown.

Meet Shadow!

Shadow is a 14 month old German Shepherd that has come to us for help with some fear issues.  He is trained and loved by Floyd & Pam Lippa of Grosse Ile.

Meet Pumpkin

Pumpkin is an 8 month old terrier mix that has a very sad story.  She was found on the streets of Detroit at just 6 weeks old and "rescued" into the Detroit Animal Shelter.  Due to the fact that the city of Detroit has no money, the animal shelter didn't have the funds for proper care.  The shelter must spay/neuter prior to adoption, but because they had no funds, Pumpkin - along with many other dogs - didn't receive the care they needed in order to be eligible for adoption.  Pumpkin lived in a cement kennel for the first 6 months of her life, receiving very little human or animal socialization until just before Christmas when a vet donated his time to spay/neuter multiple dogs.  Pumpkin was adopted in to her forever home just in time for Christmas.  As a result of the first 6 months of her life, Pumpkin is extremely timid and untrusting of the world - including humans.  We intend to work very hard to help Pumpkin overcome her fears.  Pumpkin is loved by Betty Warren and Paul Costello of Rockwood.
